Power Tools Business – Service Support Information

We wish to inform our customers and partners that the Power Tools business unit of Panasonic Electric Works India is being transitioned to Makita Corporation, Japan, as part of a strategic business transition. The transition is proposed to be effective from 1 September 2026.

Service Support Continuity

All warranty and after-sales service support will continue to be provided in accordance with existing agreements. Service support will be managed by Panasonic Electric Works India until 30 August 2026 and thereafter by Makita Corporation India.
