Handling numerous control wires within a compact 124mm, 8P package, it ensures safe and efficient operation for motor conveyors navigating complex routes. Rated at 600V and 90A, our solution is adaptable to diverse industrial needs.

Features

Suitable for handling larger number of control wires
Space can be saved even with multiple wires contained
Highly reliable transmission even at a high speed of 300 m/min (when combined with our contact transmitter (multi-signal))
Easy installation of curved lines as tight as 800 mm in radius
Easily adaptable to complex line configurations, such as sections with different voltages, insulated sections, turntables and traversers
Typical collector service life is approximately 20,000 km
V-shaped conductors provide a large contact surface area, ensuring consistent power supply even at high speed

High-Tro-Reel

Indoor use only: Our multi-lead system offers adaptable solutions for complex layouts, accommodating curves and diverse voltage needs. With four configurations (3P, 4P, 5P, 6P) at 60A, it optimises space and delivers reliable power in demanding environments.

Features

Space efficient.
Ideal for automated conveyors.
Multi-lead type requires less installation space. 3P to 6P can be collectively installed reducing a vast amount of installation time and cost.
A section with different voltages can be separated at any point by circuit separation.
Problem-free transfer between lines with turntable and traverser.
Typical collector service life is approximately 20,000 km.

High-Tro-Reel

Indoor Use Only: Our multi-lead system streamlines setup with minimal space and time requirements. With up to 50 metre joint-free lengths, various configurations (3P, 4P, 5P, 60/90/150/200A), and CE-certified options, High-Tro-Reel offers unparalleled flexibility for diverse applications.

Features

Ideal for automated warehouses, cranes and hoists.
Multi-lead type requires less installation space. 3P to 5P can be collectively installed reducing a vast amount of installation time and cost.
50 metre jointless installation.
Typical collector service life is approximately 5,000 km.

Tro-Reel

Indoor & Outdoor Use: Our single-lead insulated trolley offers seamless installation and flexible power distribution for demanding applications. With joint-free lengths up to 100 metres, diverse configurations, and a range of amperages (60A, 90A, 150A, 200A, 300A), including corrosion-resistant stainless steel options, Tro-Reel is the ideal solution for your power needs.

Features

Simple installation in the same way as bare trolley wires.
Installation of up to 100 m is possible without any joints. Installation of lengths longer than 100 m is also possible using intermediate tension insulators.
Cutting and bending can be done on-site as needed.
Dependable power collection with less chance for the collectors to become separated from the leads during travel.
Special lines including curved lines, endless lines, switching tracks, circuit separation and outdoor lines are all easy to install.
