Haridwar, 5th January 2026: Panasonic Life Solutions India, through its flagship CSR initiative Anchor Skill School, Implemented by MTP Meeri Te Peeri Charitable Society has trained 3158 youth from rural and semi-rural communities, till date. The programme focuses on building employability and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities for young people who have limited access to formal education through vocational training, driving employment and financial upliftment.
Anchor Skill School offers four vocational courses. These include Moulding Machine Operation, Electrical Assembly, Mobile Repairing and Electrical Home Appliances. Each course follows a structured format that combines classroom sessions, practical training, safety instruction and personality development. With batches of 25 students and 20 batches conducted every year, the programme ensures individual attention and consistent learning outcomes.
The impact has been transformative. The programme has enabled an average increase of 45%–50% in family income, with trainees earning an average of ₹11,000 per month after placement or through self employment. In FY 2024–25 alone, 80% of graduates secured employment or launched their own enterprises, supported by the school’s placement and entrepreneurship assistance.

The programme’s real success shines through the stories of its beneficiaries: from Sonu Giri, who launched his own mobile repair shop, to Ms. Kamini, Ms Kamini, who secured stable employment after overcoming social challenges in her village.t, to Ashish and Anshu-a couple who jointly transformed their financial future after training at the Anchor Skill School.
Speaking about the partnership and the outcomes, Anchor Skill School’s Vinay Garg added: “The training has not only improved employability but has also built confidence and dignity among students. The growth in household incomes and the inspiring journeys of our trainees reflect the programme’s meaningful social impact.”
